The eight-man band Mambo Companeros created a great atmosphere at the sold out Alexandra park last year. We welcome them to create a new dance party yet again in 2018!
The band specializes in music from Cuba and Latin America. They have earned a solid reputation after more than 500 concerts at home and abroad, and enjoy wearing out your dancing shoes and parquet as well. Even if you are happy just to lend their ears to this orchestra, there on the dance floor temperature will be rising.
It's easy to get carried away when Mambo Compañeros belt out with bolero, rumba, salsa, cha-cha, timbe, mambo and Latin American jazz classics. The stage is set for dancing, with super infectious joy of music and great party atmosphere in Alexandra Park!

Bosse and the rest of the bongo band are almost always out on tour, and now they will be able to play a big jungle party again.We join a musical journey through the desert on camel, surfing over rapids, meeting with snake charmers. Hope everyone will make it to the great jungle party!
The music of the Bongo band is instrumental, it describes camel riding, surfing and snake charming, to name a few. During the trip, the children will hear music inspired by African music, Latin American music, funk and jazz.
